At LAIDBYJESS, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of all orders. Please review our shipping timelines:
- Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- Custom Wigs: Processing time is 2-3 weeks, not including shipping time. Once completed, you will receive a notification when the wig is shipped.
- Bundles: Processing time is 4-8 business days before shipping.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as LAIDBYJESS cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

LOST SHIPMENTS
LAIDBYJESS is not responsible for any lost shipments once they leave our facility. We trust UPS and USPS to safely deliver your order, but in the event your package is lost:
- We will assist in filing a claim with UPS or USPS to locate your package or retrieve compensation.
- Refunds for lost packages will not be issued directly by LAIDBYJESS. Any refunds must come from the shipping company after a claim is filed.
By purchasing from LAIDBYJESS, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that once your order has been dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the chosen carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the following conditions are met:
- For a refund request, all items must be shipped back in their original, unopened packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit if the product is deemed faulty upon inspection.
Important: Wigs that have been worn, altered, or customized in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, all orders are processed, and cancellations are no longer possible.
